Your company will receive 100% face value of each check that we collect with no long term commitments (cancel any time) or strings attached. The way the service works is that we charge the individual who wrote the bad check an NSF fee, which pays for all of our services.
Online Reporting
Each check that we receive is entered into our Direct Recovery program, which allows you to monitor and track through our web-based tracking system. You'll be able to monitor what bad checks have been written, what stage they are in the collection effort, send comments to our staff about a particular check, and generally keep tabs on all of your bad checks. Again, this service is provided to you absolutely free and is available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Electronically Collected
In the event a check is returned from your bank NSF (non-sufficient-funds), the check is forwarded to our service center for re-presentment. Once received, we will use our exclusive EAMS (Electronic Account Monitoring Service) service, which monitors checking accounts through the ATM network to determine the status of the account. If EAMS determines that the account has funds, then an electronic debit is immediately sent to collect the amount owed.
NO Harrassing Phone Calls
Because the service is 100% electronic, your customers will not be subject to harassing phone calls, letters, or the embarrassment of having to make good on the check in person. In the event that we are unable to collect the funds electronically, you then have the option of sending the check to our traditional collection service and attorney network, or if you prefer, the checks can be returned to you or your preferred collection service.

Reporting to Database of Bad Check Writers
As an additional feature, we report any individual who has written a bad check to several national databases of bad check writers. By doing so, if the individual were to try and write another check to merchant who is a subscriber to that database, the transaction would be declined and the individual would be directed to contact your company to make good on their bad debt. The individual would continue to be listed in the database until your company has indicated that the bad debt has been resolved.
